Write-On Safety Tag (PVT Series)

The Write-on Safety Tags (PVT Series) are used to tagout equipment and energy sources to prevent energization.

Here are some of the key features of the Write-on Safety Tags:

• Meets OSHA Standard 1910.147 requirements for tagout applications.
• Available in a wide range of standard colors, legends, and symbols - custom tags are also available.
• Tags may be attached with a lockout device or with a Panduit PLT2S nylon cable tie (50 lbs. loop tensile strength) supplied with each tag.
• Compatible with Panduit permanent marking pens.
• Semi-rigid plastic tags are 3.00" (76.0 mm) wide X 5.75" (146.0 mm) high with a .38" (9.0 mm) brass grommet for greater strength and durability.
• Base material is self extinguishing and meets the flammability requirements of UL 94-V0.
• Tags may be used in outdoor environments and have a service temperature range of Minus 40°F to 150°F (minus 40°C to 66°C).
