Padlocks

In order to comply with OSHA's 29 CFR 1910.147, it is necessary that each employee has access to padlocks in order to secure energy sources after isolating them.

DEenergize offers the following padlocks series to help you meet and exceed OSHA regulations:

• Laminated Steel Padlock (PSL-6 Series)
• Anodized Aluminum Padlock (PSL-7 Series)
• Non-Conductive Padlock (PSL-8 Series)

While they are not usually recommended for Lockout/Tagout applications, some organizations choose to utilize a special-keyed system. These systems may consist of keyed-alike or master-keyed padlocks, as illustrated below.

• Generic Laminated Steel Padlock (GPSL-6 Series)
• Generic Anodized Aluminum Padlock (GPSL-7 Series)
• Generic Non-Conductive Padlock (GPSL-8 Series)
