Universal Valve Lockout Devices

In addition to ball valve, butterfly valve and gate valve Lockout Devices, depending on the application, other devices are needed to lock out Hazardous Energy due to fluids and gases.

In some cases, valves may be designed to be locked out easily by accommodating a padlock directly. In those cases, DEenergize has the following available padlocks series:

• Laminated Steel Padlock (PSL-6 Series)
• Anodized Aluminum Padlock (PSL-7 Series)
• Non-Conductive Padlock (PSL-8 Series)
• Generic Laminated Steel Padlock (GPSL-6 Series)
• Generic Anodized Aluminum Padlock (GPSL-7 Series)

There are also instances where a gate valve is extremely large, or an Authorized Employee wants to lock multiple valves at the same time. In those cases, DEenergize has the following available Lockout device:
