The Multiple Lockout Device (PSL-MLD) can be used to lockout a broad range of equipment due to its unique ability to function as a cable lockout device or a stand-alone lockout hasp.

- When used without the cable, the device is a secure hasp which can accommodate up to 6 padlocks.
- When used with the cable, the device is a versatile cable lockout device which can be applied by a single authorized employee or by up to 6 authorized employees during group Lockout/Tagout.
- With the cable, the device can be used as a lockout device in many applications, including electrical disconnects, large gate valves and even forklift steering wheels.
- Device is compact and very easy to use.
