The Laminated Steel Padlocks (PSL-6 Series) are designed to provide a high level of safety during Lockout/Tagout through their reinforced construction which can withstand significant physical abuse.
Here are some of the key features of this padlock:
- Hardened steel shackle with double-ball locking mechanism is tamper-resistant and provides protection from cutting, prying, and rusting.
- Galvanized laminates are individually refined to provide maximum protection from corrosion in harsh environments.
- Rivets in the outer laminates are compressed to protect against the rivet heads being knocked off.
- For quick visual color identification, padlocks are available in 6 different bumper colors, including Red, Blue, Green, Black, Yellow and White.
- Padlocks are available in 2 shackle lengths, 0.75" (19.3 mm) and 2.00" (46.8 mm) to support various applications.
- Standard padlocks are Keyed Differently, but Special-Keying (Master-Keyed, Keyed-Alike) is also available.
- Padlocks are supplied with 2 keys each.
