The No-Tool Large Handle Circuit Breaker Lockout Device (PSL-CBL) is used to lock individual large molded-case circuit breakers in the OFF position without locking out an entire panel.

The PSL-CBL can be easily secured to circuit breaker without modifications or holes in the breaker handle.
The lockout device can be quickly installed on large circuit breakers in the OFF position by hand using the patented toggle-screw, without the need for a screwdriver or any other tools.
Universal design can be used to lock out a wide range of oversized circuit breakers from the following manufacturers: Cutler-Hammer, General Electric, Merlin Gerin, Siemens ITE, Square D, Westinghouse and more.
Accommodates circuit breaker handles up to 0.80" (20.3 mm) thick and 3.00" (76.2 mm) wide.
Constructed of rugged nylon and stainless steel for industrial and harsh applications.
Padlock hole diameter is 0.38" (9.52 mm), in order to work with a broad range of padlocks.
